Rechargeable electric hydraulic pliers are currently the lightest designed hydraulic tool that can be operated with one hand and used for terminal crimping in power distribution operations. They are lightweight, durable, and have the lowest maintenance probability among all hydraulic tools. The crimping pliers are composed of an oil tank, a power mechanism, a directional valve, a pressure relief valve, and a pump oil mechanism. The pump oil mechanism is composed of an oil pump body, high and low pressure oil outlet holes, an eccentric shaft, an eccentric bearing, a driven gear, a pair of high pressure oil pumps, and a low pressure oil pump. The oil pump body is suspended on the oil tank cover, and the high and low pressure oil outlet holes are opened on the oil pump body, which is connected to the pressure relief valve oil circuit to connect the pump oil mechanism and the power mechanism vertically, It can fully utilize space and reduce the occupied area, which is beneficial for operation and transportation; Transforming the pump oil form of high and low pressure oil pumps into the action form of eccentric bearings has the advantages of simple structure, fewer components, and easy assembly.
When we encounter an emergency situation when using electric hydraulic pliers and need to turn off the liquid supply, we should strictly follow the hydraulic station's operation regulations to avoid equipment and personal accidents. The working oil pressure inside the station should not be lower than 4.8Mpa, and the liquid level in the storage tank should not be lower than the 600mm scale. Otherwise, it should be inflated or replenished. During shutdown, each action of the solenoid valve should reach the required position.
